Diana Hamilton Becomes First Ghanaian Gospel Artiste to Bag AFRIMA Nomination

The ‘ADOM’ hitmaker has bagged her first AFRIMA nomination.

Diana Antwi Hamilton is incessantly augmenting her territories as far as gospel music is concerned. The reigning  Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of Year has bagged for herself a nomination at the 2021 All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

The multiple award-winning gospel singer has become the first Ghanaian gospel artiste to earn an  AFRIMA nomination. Diana Hamilton was nominated in the Best Female Artiste in African Inspirational Music category amongst other popular African female artists including; Ada Ehi from Nigeria , Afrie from Uganda, Kelly Khumalo from South Africa, Noel Nderitu from Kenya, and others.

The gospel sensation’s latest single dubbed ” Awurade Ye (Do it Lord) has been leading youtube trends in Ghana since its release with over 362,000 streams.

According to The African Union Commission (AUC) and The International Committee of All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA), the awards ceremony is scheduled to hold from November 19-21 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Public Voting Commences Globally on Monday, September 27, 2021.
