Helicopter crashes on street in Brazil’s Sao Paulo , four killed |

The Fire Department of Sao Paulo , Brazil, has confirmed the death of four people in a helicopter crash on Friday afternoon 17th March,2023 . The crash killed all the occupants in the aircraft.

At 14.35 local time, a helicopter of Robinson manufacturer and model R44 II, as reported by the firefighters through their Twitter account suffered a breakdown while flying over the western part of the Brazil. The occupants were returning from a restaurant, as reported by the emergency teams and picked up by the newspaper ‘O Globo’.

During the emergency landing, the aircraft crashed into a tree and fell in front of an abandoned factory, with no other people in the area at the time. The four occupants, all men, died on the spot, and have already been identified.

At the moment, the reason for the failure is not known, and the company has informed that the pilot even requested permission to land minutes before the accident, without reporting any problem with the helicopter, according to the newspaper.
