Popular Nigerian singer Davido born David Adeleke may be the unlucky one as he keeps losing his associates since 2017.

On Monday 31st October, 2022 , it was reported that the Nigerian singer had lost his son Ifeanyi Adeleke to dr0wning while he was away with his “baby mama” Chioma Rowland.

Davido left his son in the custody of his domestic staff at his Banana Island home in Nigeria where the unfortunate incident happened.

Fortune
Fortunate Ateumunname Peter, known as widely as Fortune, used to be Davido’s official photographer . Fortune also died by drowning in a swimming pool while on assignment. The 24 year old boy was doing a photoshoot in Lagos where the trãgeđy occured. He died on September 21, 2021.
It was revealed that Fortune had drowned in a swimming pool during a photo shoot location in Lagos.

Ifeanyi Adeleke
Ifeanyi Adeleke is Davido’s only son among other kids of the singer. The 3 year old boy died a week after celebrating his 3rd birthday. Ifeanyi passed away on October 31 after doctors’ failed attempts to bring him back to life as a result of drowning.
Ifeanyi death came as a shocķ to many since it was difficult to believe.

According to reports, the singer and the mother of the deceased Chioma, had travelled to Ibadan, and left the child with their domestic staff, who had no idea of how he entered the pool and drowned.
Tagbo
Tagbo Umeike popularly known as Tagbo was one of Davido’s closest allies. Tagbo died on his birthday five years ago due to alcohol abuse. Tagbo including Davido and other friends had gathered on October 3, 2017 to celebrate his birthday.

News surrounding his death divulged that Tagbo allegedly consumed 40 shots of Tequila. His actress girlfriend, Caroline Danjuma publicized his death and accused Davido and his friends for being responsible for Tagbo’s death.
The Police State Crīmīnæl Investigation Department later revealed that Tagbo had been rushed to the hospital unconscious as a result of heavy drinking, by Davido’s order. On arrival at the hospital, a doctor confirmed Tagbo’s death.

DJ Olu
Olugbenga Abiodun, popularly known as DJ Olu was another of Davido’s close associates who had an untimely death on October 7, 2017.
The Disc Jockey and his associate, Chime Amaechi who were both Davido’s crew members were found dead in a BMW car in a garage at Banana Island, Lagos.
According to reports by the Ikoyi Police Division, they were found dead in the car, bleeding from their noses and mouths, adding that substances suspected to be drugs from the victims were recovered from their bodies.
Obama DMW
Habeeb Uthman aka Obama DMW, was Davido’s business associate who was reported dead on June 23, 2021, at a hospital in Lekki.

It was revealed that he had complained of breathing difficulty, and had been driven to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
