Its Kuami Eugene again with his alleged lyrics theft norm. The highlife singer has been accused severally of plagiarizing verses on other musician’s song for his records.
The Angela hitmaker who was recently featured on Okyeame Kwame Made in Ghana Album seems to be at his wits to creating new lyrics for songs as he’s been accused by one Docta Flow highlife singer of lifting lyrics from a song he featured Kuami Eugene on in 2017.
Docta Flow talking to Andy Dosty on Hitz Fm said several attempts to shoot the music video for his Chinchinga song which featured Kuami Eugene failed as Kuami and his management made him feel his song was substandard when he approached them to make arrangement for the video shoot.
He said : “We did the Chinchinga song before Kuami Eugene was signed unto his label. A year and some months after the song was released, I went to Lynx office, to meet Kuami and his manager to shoot the video but they treated me as if my song was substandard, Im very surprise Kuami upon treating me this way will go ahead and use my lyrics for his song.”
Ino Be My Matter by Okyeame Kwame is one of the singles on the legend’s Made in Ghana Album which featured Kuami Eugene.
