Ghanaian reggae dancehall musician, Stonebwoy, has assured fans of his safety after being allegedly caught up in a robbery incident in America.

In a shocking turn of events, the popular reggae dancehall performer and his team became victims of an armed robbery in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States.
The performer and his entourage were assaulted by armed criminals in front of a well-known jewelry store, leaving them shocked and afraid.

In the middle of all the flash and glamour of retail therapy, their day took a terrifying turn when they were approached by armed criminals just outside the store’s boundaries.
With firearms drawn, the criminals shot at the artist and his friends before robbing them of their priceless belongings

Stonebwoy, in addressing the incident in which he and his team were attacked and robbed in Atlanta after shopping at Icebox, called on his fans to calm their nerves.

According to reports, the incident happened as they were exiting the Icebox store after doing their shopping. There were allegedly gunfights during the robbery as the armed men suddenly came.

Stonebwoy breaks silence

After remaining silent for several hours following the event, he finally broke his silence to reassure his followers that he is okay.

He used social media to update his followers on his health and to encourage them to attend his upcoming

Fans and loved one had expressed concerns following the event, but Stonebwoy’s reply allayed their fears regarding his safety

The eight-city tour commenced in Duluth, Minnesota, at the Bayfront Reggae and World Music Festival and concludes at the Afro Nation festival in Detroit, Michigan, on 20 August.
