Pete Edochie , Nigerian iconic actor and wife Barister Josephine Edochie have celebrated their 53rd marriage anniversary on Sunday October 02 .

The graceful ceremony was to commemorate 53 years of a blissful marriage for the actor and his loving wife.
The commemoration occurred at a Roman Catholic Church in Nigeria last Sunday ,organised by the actor’s children.
Pete Edochie took to his social media pages to appreciate his wife and thank all who have made their marriage a success.
He wrote:
” 53 years of Marital Bliss with my Queen, Chief Barrister Mrs Josephine Edochie.
Thanks to my Children for hosting us to the biggest party of our lifetime, yes Our LIFE because we are ONE🙏🏻
In celebration of our 53yrs of marriage and Life in Goodness and in Good Health.
These past 53yrs, God blessed us with six biological children (among all the inherited ones😂🙏🏻 and numerous grand-children)
5 gentlemen and a beautiful adorable lady,

Pete Edochie, was born on (born March 7, 1947) He isa Nigerian actor.He is considered one of Africa’s most talented actors, being honored with an Industry Merit Award by Africa Magic and Lifetime Achievement by Africa Film Academy.
Although a seasoned administrator and broadcaster, he came into prominence in the 1980s when he played the lead role of Okonkwo in a Nigerian Television Authority adaptation of Chinua Achebe’s all-time best selling novel, Things Fall Apart.
