Police arrested 17 Seprod Group of Companies Ltd. employees and are seeking 13 other workers in relation to a multi-million-dollar fraud case.
The deputy police commissioner reported that the other thirteen wanted employees are on the run.

According to investigators, nearly $160 million was swindled from the corporation. Out of the 17 apprehended individuals, 14 workers are facing multiple charges.
It has also been alleged that two IT personnel were the masterminds behind this heist. The report states that they were able to manipulate the organization’s systems, allowing unauthorized payments to at least 23 other employees.
