Jullie Jay-Kanz Named African Female Blogger of the Year at Ladies in Media Awards

Ghanaian content creator and humanitarian Juliana Ntiamoah, known popularly as Jullie Jay-Kanz has been named African Female Blogger of the Year at the 2025 Ladies in Media Awards, marking her thirteenth award in ten years of blogging.

The announcement was made on the official Ladies in Media Awards social media pages, celebrating Jay-Kanz for a decade of impact in digital storytelling, entertainment blogging, and humanitarian advocacy across Africa.

Jay-Kanz began her blogging journey in 2015 and has since become one of the continent’s most decorated female digital media professionals. Her previous honors include Best Blogger at the 2019 Ghana Lifestyle Awards, Blogger of the Year at the Glam Style Awards 2020/21, and Best Blogger + Best PR at the 2021 Under 30 Women Awards.

She was also nominated for Best Blogger at the 2018 BAMA Awards.

Organizers noted that Jay-Kanz faced tight competition this year from leading female bloggers across Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and other African countries, before emerging as the continent’s top pick.Owner of http://hello-gh.com and Gospel Spotlight GH, Jay-Kanz has been described as “a household name in Africa when blogging is made the topic of confabulation”.
