Popular Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has shared an emotional post on social media, expressing her long-time hope to hear from her biological father.
The actress has been searching for her father for several years, after learning that the man whose surname she bears, Mr. Okoe Nelson, was not her biological father.
According to Yvonne Nelson, she has conducted a series of DNA tests but has not yet been successful in finding her father.

In her memoir, I Am Not Yvonne Nelson, she disclosed her quest to discover her real father’s identity. She described the journey as emotionally challenging but said she was determined to find her father.
In her recent post, the award-winning actress said she was still waiting for her father to call her. “Father, DAD, I’m still waiting for your call.” She wrote
