Celestial Praise 2023 – Celebrated Kenyan gospel minister Evelyn Wanjiru and Nigerian gospel singer Enkay Ogboruche have arrived in Accra ,Ghana ahead of Celestine Donkor’s Celestial Praise.
The two African gospel giants will join Ghana’s Celestine Donkor to commemorate the 10th edition of her annual flagship event dubbed ‘Celestial Praise”
The event is set to come off on the day of Ghana’s Independence day celebration, 6th March at Victory Bible Church at Awoshie, Accra.

Aside Evelyn Wanjiru and Enkay Ogboruche, Celestine Donkor will minister alongside Jayana, Scott Evans, Nana Yaw Asare, Irene Logan, Piesie Esther and others at the 10th edition of Celestial Praise.
The ‘Final Say’ crooner has promised audience a holy-spirit filled atmosphere and nothing but a thrilling performance from herself and guest artists.
ABOUT CELESTINE DONKOR
Celestine Donkor is a Ghanaian gospel musician and songwriter. In March 2021, she was among the Top 30 Most Influential Women in Music by the 3Music Awards Women’s Brunch. She founded the Celestial Praise, an annual Gospel music concert.
Donkor was born to the family of Mr and Mrs Akakpo, both from the Volta region of Ghana. She started her primary school education at St Augustine Preparatory school in Abeka Lapaz and continued to Nsaaniya Secondary Business School at Kasoa where she had her secondary school education. She proceeded to the University of Ghana, Legon where she obtained her BA (Hons) Sociology and Information studies.
Donkor collaborated with numerous gospel musicians, including Joe Mettle, , Ceccy Twum, Mkhululi Bhebhe, Edem, Philipa Baafi, Funny Face. She has many hit songs, including “Turning around”, “Bigger”, “Okronkronhene”, “Manim Nguase”, “Boobobo”. Her latest Album Agbebolo earned her the Artiste of the year at the National Gospel Music Awards.
