The Ghana Education Service (GES) has directed all senior high and technical schools to break on April 6 for the Easter celebrations.
Additionally, the management of second-cycle institutions operating under the Transitional Calendar is to note that SHS One students will remain on vacation until their scheduled re-opening in June 2023.

This was contained in a statement issued by GES dated April 3.

To ensure a seamless academic year, the service has tasked the Regional Directors with ensuring that the Heads of Second Cycle Schools in their respective regions comply with the directive.
