On November 11, 2023, automotive enthusiasts and curious onlookers gathered at the Legon City Mall for the Auto Expo 23 organized Ghana Auto Show, a vibrant event aimed at showcasing and promoting various vendors in the industry. The show provided a platform for businesses to exhibit their products and services, contributing to the growth of the automotive sector.
Throughout the day, attendees were treated to exhilarating performances by renowned groups such as Drift Hunters Gh, adding an element of entertainment to the event. The captivating displays kept the audience engaged and created a dynamic atmosphere at the auto show.
Key contributors to the success of the Ghana Auto Show were the sponsors who played a crucial role in making the event possible. Recognizing their support, the sponsors included C. Subordinate Officer Daniel Kwame Tettey, a distinguished expert from Ghana National Fire Service, delved into the crucial topic of driving safety and shared indispensable tips on preventing car fires. The founder of RYBJ foundation, Madam Elsa Owusu-Sarpong (Bikergirlel) impassioned discourse resonated deeply as she recounted a personal tragedy involving her son, emphasizing the imperative need for motor safety awareness.
On a different note, Mr Chris Kusi (Auto Checker) brought a vibrant energy to the stage, shedding light on the captivating car culture in Ghana. His engaging discussion touched on various facets, including the growing enthusiasm for BMW Launch Control. The intersection of personal stories and professional expertise made these sessions stand out, contributing to a well-rounded and enlightening experience at the Auto Expo ’23.
Among the diverse audience were students from the University of Ghana and the University of Professional Studies, Accra. Notably, the Presbyterian Boys Senior High School boys, affectionately known as PRESEC Legon boys, were also present, adding a youthful and enthusiastic energy to the event. Their presence underscored the broad appeal and educational opportunities the Ghana Auto Show provided to attendees of all ages.
