Popular gospel musician from Ghana, Joe Mettle , has shared his regrets for not taking music lessons more seriously when he was in school; says he would have done both in ministry and to his funs.
The celebrated gospel star admitted in a recent interview that he didn’t prioritize his music course because he didn’t have any plans to continue with music at the time he was in school.

“I think I should have taken my music lessons seriously when I was in school. At that time, I didn’t know I would be taking it up one day so I didn’t take it seriously. That is one regret I have in life,” Joe Mettle shared.
Joe Mettle has had a fantastic musical career, releasing seven albums and winning various accolades. He made history in 2017 when he became the first Gospel performer to take home the coveted Artiste of the Year award from the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
Joe Mettle also expressed satisfaction with who he is and the direction God has given him.

He reaffirmed his affection for himself and embraced the mission and task that God had given him.
He also had a word of gratitude to his fans: “I want to say thank you for supporting the gift and ministry God has given me. I believe that ministry is about people. So if they don’t support you, you have no ministry. Thank you for the prayers, the thoughts and everything you do to support what God has called me to do”.
Through Joe Mettle’s soul-touching music and powerful live performances, many Ghanaians have drawn nearer to God and are living a perfect Christian life.
