Opinionated politician and Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has disclosed why the government is not able to prosecute NAM1.

Speaking in a recent interview on Net2 TV, Kennedy Agyapong divulged that the reason why the government can’t prosecute NAM 1 is that his activities were not governed by any banking regulations.
According to Kennedy Agyapong, the government would have loved to prosecute him but as it stands they can’t due to how he carried out his activities.
