KiDi Postpones North American Tour Due to illness
Sensational Ghanaian singer Dennis Nana Dwamena known widely as KiDi has postponed his forthcoming North American Tour due to illness.The tour which was aimed at promoting his latest album ‘Golden Boy’ was scheduled to commence in Boston, MA on Wednesday, March 1, and end on March 19 at Madam LOU in Seattle.

The Say Cheese hitmaker has however unveiled a communiqué via his Instagram page announcing the moratorium of the much anticipated tour. Kidi elucidated that he will not be able to make it happen for his fans in North America due to an obstreperous illness. The tour has thus been scheduled till he is stable.
He Said: ” It is with a very heavy heart that I announce the postponement of my Golden Boy North American Tour.I understand how incredibly disappointing this new is for a lot of you. The excitement that so many of you expressed about coming out to see me on this tour was heartwarming and I was really looking forward to this experience together.

I’ve had to make this decision to postpone the tour due to health issues and I want you to know that this decision was not made lightly.A tour of this magnitude and level of commitment it will take may put me at risk of further damage to my health. I want to ensure that whenever we meet on tour , I will be an experience worth everything you’ve given me as an artist and I can do that if I am in much better health than I am now. Apologies to all of my fans and Duke Concepts. Thank you for your incredible support. I love you all so much for everything you’ve given me and continue to give me”
Kidi has been absent from social media after sharing the news about his health on February 24th. No one is privy to which illness he’s battling with but recent rumours circulating on social media suggests that the singer is bedridden with stroke , an illness which occurs when a blood vessel in the brain ruptures and bleeds, or when there’s a blockage in the blood supply to the brain.

There hasn’t been an official statement from the artist nor his management , Lynx Entertainment to confirm these rumours.
