Ghanaian singer and entertainer KiDi admitted to have considered taking legal actions against bloggers who spread false information about him, cautioning them to be wary of any future attempts at act.
The Lynx Entertainment signee who announced his comeback to the music scene a couple of months ago after nearly a two-month absence due to health concerns says dealing with the rumours was an uncomfortable experience for him, his family, his friends, and the brands he works with, on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM.

The musician revealed that once the rumour started, he took to social media only to discover that it had already spread widely.
He said he received so many calls, including one from his mother, with whom he had previously spoken, and that he had to comfort both her and everyone else who had called worried about him.
“When it happed I called Richie 9CEO of Lynx Entertainment) and asked ‘how many times or for how long will these things happen and we will say it’s nothing? How long will we have to keep doing this? People are taking advantage obviously as you can see’. There needs to be some course of action,” KiDi said.

Kidi noted that after having some conversations on the way forward, he decided to forgo the legal action and not feed too much into the negative news.
This comes after the KiDi in February, cancelled his North American tour which was expected to come off in March 2023.
The Touch It hitmaker, at the time of the rumors, was expected to tour about 10 cities in the US, including Seattle, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago and Atlanta but called off the tour owing to health concerns.
