All hope that Christian Atsu might be saved alive has been destroyed following this very tragic and unfortunate news.

The rescue crew told reporters yesterday that their infrared camera had found Christian Atsu’s room within the Hataya Renesince building.

Later, they promised the player’s family and those of the other people trapped in the rubble that they would hasten their efforts to free them, alive or dead.

Christian Atsu cannot be rescued from Residence A1 Block, where he is confined, according to the rescue team’s unflattering report to the media after more than nine hours of work.
