The floor of Parliament became a mine of laughter earlier this week when an MP named some towns from his constituency with the most hilarious names you ever heard.
John Osei Frimpong is Member of Parliament for Abirem in the Eastern Region and on the floor of the house he confronted the Energy Minister over when some towns in his constituency would be connected to the National Electricity Grid.
The problem is the names of the towns were hugely suggestive, even profane, but after deliberations over whether he can be allowed to mention such names on the floor of the house he was given permission to ask his question.
John Osei therefore wondered when towns like ‘Ewt3 nim nyansa’, ‘Koti y3 aboa’ and ‘Shua y3 mobo’ would be joined to the national grid.
