The 2nd annual Ghana Entertainment Awards USA edition was held last Saturday 30th June,2018 at Schomburg Centre in New York.
The graceful awards ceremony saw beautiful performances and appearances from various international music greats and entertainers.
Sarkcess Music rapper Sarkodie and Shatta Movement frontliner Shattawale took the lead with three awards each while gospel musician Joyce Blessing beat the likes of Sonni Badu, Joe Mettle ,Gifty Osei, and Obaapa Christy to win the Best Gospel Artiste award.
Stonebwoy grabbed the best dancehall artiste of the year and Album of the year for Epistles of Mama album and the late Ebony Reigns won the best female act of the year.
