Berekuso Community Benefits from Jullie Jay-Kanz ‘s Free Breast Cancer Awareness Event and Health Screening

The Berekuso Community in the Eastern Region was abuzz with joy on October 30th as renowned blogger, Jullie Jay-Kanz , and her charitable organization, Jullie’s Charity Foundation, hosted a free breast cancer awareness event and health screening exercise.

The event, which was held at the Berekuso Community Clinic, drew over 100 residents who benefited from a range of comprehensive health services.The health screening services included Abdominal Scan, Prostate Scan, Obstetric Scan, Gynaecological Scan, blood pressure check, breast examination, and head massage.

These services were provided free of charge, allowing the community to access quality healthcare without any financial burden.This initiative is part of Jullie Jay-Kanz and her foundation’s ongoing efforts to give back to the community.

Previously, they made donations to the FrankMay Orphanage at Techiman in the Bono East Region and the Royal Seed Orphanage Home in Kasoa in the Central Region. Additionally, they have paid hospital bills for expectant mothers, demonstrating their commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.

Recently, the multiple award-winning blogger and her foundation donated hospital supplies, including digital weighing machines, hospital beds, BP apparatus, Examination lamps and more, to the Berekuso Community Clinic, underscoring their dedication to improving healthcare in our Ghanaian communities.

Jullie Jay-Kanz and her foundation have also assured the community that this health screening exercise will be an annual affair and plan to extend their reach to other regions in the future.The Jullie’s Charity Foundation whose vision is to extend a helping hand to the less privileged in our Ghanaian communities continues to make a positive impact in various communities across the country, and we commend.
