Sensational Ghanaian gospel minister Joseph Oscar Nii Armah Mettle known popularly as Joe Mettle has won the Best Gospel Artiste of the year award at the 23rd annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards which was held on May 7,2022 at the Grand Arena in Accra.
Joe Mettle was in a competition with Akesse Brempong, Ohemaa Mercy, Celestine Donkor, Empress Gifty, MOGmusic, and Diana Hamilton.

The Ye Obua Mi crooner is picking the VGMA Best Gospel Artiste of the Year Award for the third time after winning at the 2017 and 2018 editions of the awards ceremony.
Joe Mettle in the past year has done implausibly great for his brand and ministry .He currently has the biggest Gospel album in Ghana ” The Experience” which has garnered millions of streams across all digital platforms.

Joe mettle revealed he will tour 4 additional regions in Ghana ; Kumasi, Accra, Takoradi, Koforidua as part of his 10th anniversary celebrations.
