Abbi Ima Grabs First 3 Music Awards Nomination

Budding Afro-dancehall singer Abigail Ayizah known widely as Abbi Ima has earned her first 3 Music Awards nomination.

The “Give Me Love ” crooner among other fast-rising  female singers have been shortlisted to compete for the  Emerging Woman of the Year award at the 2022 3 Music Awards which is yet to take place in the subsequent month.

Abbi Ima is in a tough contest with Darkua, Lizzy Ntiamoah ,Jacqueline Oforiwaa , Mona 4Reall, Moliy, Niella , Queendalyn,  and Titi.

3 Music Award is a Ghanaian music awards ceremony held annually since 2018 to celebrate Ghanaian music. This Year’s edition under the theme ” More Than Music” will experience eclectic ceremonial performances from various music greats in Ghana.

Organisers have divulged during the launch of the awards that the grand ceremony will come on on the 26th of March,2022.

 

Other nominees include; Stonebwoy, Black Sherif,  Medikal ,Joe Mettle,  Diana Hamilton,  Gyakie and many more.

Abbi Ima born Abigail Ayizah  hails from Kintampo in the the Bono East Region.

She is one of Ghana’s fast rising afro-dancehall female singers .

She registered her presence in the Ghanaian  music industry nearly three years ago with her debut single “African Girl.

Enthused with music, the talented singer has since stood her grounds to become one of the fastest rising female artiste from her region and Ghana in a whole.

The Abbi Ima is known for her stupendous stage performances and songs like “Only You”, “Zamziba”, Lucky Boy, Fakers, Bronya and Yehia Sika”.

Her latest musical body of work  dubbed “Give Me Love”  highlights the need to patronise indigenous music, Abi Ima 3 Music Award and services and positively speaking well about “our customary rites, cultural and traditional values”.
