Hiba Abouk learned during their divorce proceedings that the Moroccan footballer’s fortune is in her mother-in-law’s name
The divorce between Paris Saint-Germain footballer Achraf Hakimi and actress Hiba Abouk has taken another turn after Abouk left a cryptic hint on social media.
As the couple proceeded with their formal separation, the Moroccan international’s ex-wife discovered that she could not claim half of his assets as Hakimi‘s fortune is in his mother’s name.

“Remember, you can’t control everything in life, but you can control how you react to it. Let go of the need for perfection, embrace the beauty of the present moment and trust that the universe has your back,” Hiba Abouk posted on her Instagram story.
Hakimi was reported by a 23-year-old woman to the French police station where she explained that the player abused her while his Spanish wife was away on a trip with her children.
The scandal was covered by the media and blew up when the divorce between Hakimi and Abouk was made official.

Hiba Abouk discovers another secret about Hakimi
During the divorce proceedings, Hiba Abouk requested a share of half of the Moroccan defender’s assets and money, but according to the French magazine First Mag she will be unable to claim this as the Moroccan footballer does not possess the money.
Despite the fact that Hakimi is one of the highest paid footballers in Ligue 1, his entire fortune and estate is in his mother’s name, a decision he made many years ago.
The player earns over a million euros a month playing for PSG, all of which goes into his mother’s account.
As for Abouk‘s request for half of her ex-husband’s assets, her work as a well known actress may complicate things since she is not in a financial situation whereby she needs Hakimi‘s financial support.
